In September, 2007, we completely revised our corporate philosophy. The KI Philosophy is something that our company, and everyone who works here, aims to achieve.
With IT-related translation representing a significant share of our business, we work to reduce costs and shorten delivery times by researching and utilizing the latest in data processing technology, translation tools, and machine translation. At the same time, on the quality side, we invite outside speakers to further our quality improvement efforts by helping us to quantify translation quality, and to lift the skill levels of our quality control staff by conducting Japanese language seminars. Building on these kinds of low-profile activities, we continue to put forward services backed by the focus on quality, and emphasis on putting the customer first, that lie at the heart of the KI Philosophy.
